Check-In Information
Check-in begins at 4 p.m.
Please be prepared for check-in with the following items:
- ID that matches the registered guest
- Credit card used for deposit
- Form of payment (if different from above)
- The credit card you would like to use for the required $200 pre-authorization ($250 for Sea Mark Tower)
- Vehicle information – tag, state, make, color, model
- Names of other occupants of the room including children
A $200 credit card pre-authorization ($250 for Sea Mark Tower) is required at check-in as a security deposit. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days. Credit/debit card required at check-in; cash is not accepted at check-in for payment.
Accidental Damage Protection Plan
Purchase the optional Accidental Damage Protection Plan for only $39.99 to cover non-negligent or accidental damage to your unit that may occur during your stay. If something breaks, simply let us know immediately and your agreement kicks in to repair or replace the item. Most importantly, you are provided with peace of mind and you can get back to enjoying your vacation with no worries!
By purchasing, you will receive coverage for up to $1,000 of accidental damage. This may include but is not limited to:
- Furniture damage
- Scratches
- Scuffs or spills on carpets or bedspreads
- Broken lamps
- Scratches or scuffs to walls
- And more
If you opt to decline this optional coverage, a $200 preauthorization to a credit card will be required at check-in to cover potential damage ($250 for Sea Mark Tower).
Plan is non-refundable. Does not cover intentional or malicious damage due to abuse or damage incurred while violating resort guidelines.
Parking Information
A $10/night per vehicle registration fee will be charged at check-in. Limit 2 vehicles registered per unit. Parking is available at each building and additional covered parking is located beside the registration building. Motorcycles are restricted to certain areas, please notify on arrival to receive proper parking instructions. Trailer parking is not available.

Accidental Damage Protection
