Our Carolina Dunes property offers oceanfront two and three-bedroom condos. These condos are a great fit for larger families and small golf groups with 1200 – 1400 sq. feet of space. Your family or small group is sure to have plenty of space to enjoy after a long day on the beach or course. Guests of Carolina Dunes are able to use all of the amenities at The Caravelle Resort building.
Each unit at Carolina Dunes is situated oceanfront, providing endless ocean views from the private balcony and throughout the unit. Additionally, each unit features a full kitchen with all of the cookware, plate ware, and utensils you could need to make cooking a breeze. Each condo also offers a full living area with a sleeper sofa, hair dryer(s), iron/ironing board, blackout drapes, complimentary toiletries, and a washer and dryer to make your stay convenient and comfortable.

The famous pink St. Clement’s building offers a variety of oceanfront and oceanview condos. The St. Clement’s Pool Bar and Grill is located right out in front of the building for convenient quick dining and cool drinks seasonally.
