Caravelle Meetings

The Caravelle Resort has over 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting space for your group, featuring a 3,900 sq. ft. Banquet/Meeting Center, a Board Room, a Private Dining Room and a Hospitality Room. We are excited to help you plan the perfect beach event for your wedding party, bus group, meetings, or any other upcoming event that you will be hosting. Meeting space at The St. Johns Inn Conference Center includes Cathedral Ceilings. All salons can be combined into one facility, greatly increasing the square footage and available seating.

  • The Caravelle Conference Center at St. John's Inn - Our recently renovated full size banquet space can be separated into three separate salon areas, or used as one large convention space.  This versatile space also features a comfortable pre-function space perfect for greeting the members of your party.
  • The Bryan Room - An intimate room that accommodates small board meetings or private dining events.
  • The Nina Room - Located above the Santa Maria Restaurant, this room is ideal for hosting hospitality functions, as it includes a private bar and preparation area.
  • The Board Room - A convenient board meeting room located in the check-in / lobby area offers the perfect amount of space for a small group. 
  • Hospitality Rooms - We offer a variety of flexible options for groups looking for a casual meeting space.  From our Suite 735 to smaller rooms, our hospitality rooms are ideal as a central meeting spot for your group during the length of your stay.
