MEET YOUR NEW HOMEOWNER REP
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as your new Homeowner Representative at the Caravelle. My name is Donna Heath, and I am proud to say that I have joined the Caravelle Rental Management family.
For the past 8 years, I have worked in Homeowner Relations at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach, a sister property of the Caravelle Resort. However, I have been with the company a combined 15 years. Throughout this time, I developed and maintained a close working relationship with all of our owner partners. As I begin this new opportunity in my life, I look forward to using the knowledge I have gained to maximize rentals and provide a high level of customer service to both you as a condo owner and our guests. I am excited to accept the new position, and I look forward to getting to know you both personally and professionally.

CARAVELLE DISCOUNT CARD
All owners that participate in the on-site rental program were recently mailed a discount card. This a new program used by owners for identification, discounts and charge privileges at the on-site Caravelle Resort facilities. The discounts are as follows:
• 20% on food and beverage (excludes alcohol and catered events)
• 10% on Buffets
• 10% on Caravelle Merchandise
• Other discounts will apply for special events and promotions throughout the year.
