Johnna at The Caravelle Resort in Myrtle Beach, SCAfter flying or driving hundreds of miles, the last thing that you want to run into at your hotel of choice is a rude, discourteous person greeting you at the front desk.

“I’ve been working here since June,” said Johnna, one of our friendly Guest Service Representatives here at The Caravelle. “My favorite thing about my job is knowing I have had something to do with ensuring our guests have enjoyed their stay.”

Johnna’s kindness to everyone and great customer service got her a positive review from a recent customer on Trip Advisor. GerryW519 from Georgia had this to say about  Johnna and the rest of the staff’s helpfulness on their visit to the Caravelle:

"My husband and I stayed at the Caravelle Resort for the week of September 16th and were very impressed by Johnna at the front desk. She was very professional, courteous and very efficient in taking care of our needs. The room was lovely, the view was breathtaking and (oh!) the breakfast buffet with omelets was the best way to start every morning before walking on the beach. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and also very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and will definitely visit this hotel again and also recommend it to our friends."
