Dedicated On-Site Owner Services
While our entire staff is here on-site to serve you 24 hours a day, our homeowner's representative is our dedicated specialist available to help you with any specific homeowner issues that you might have. Should you have any questions or concerns about any facet of our operation, Rebecca is your personal liaison working on your behalf at all times.
24 Hour On-Site Guest Services
We take great pride in both owner and guest services, which is why our on-site front desk, reservations and golf staff comprises one of the top guest services staffs in the entire Myrtle Beach area. With staff on-site in our front office 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, we are ready to serve you and all of the guests who choose to stay in your property for their hard earned and well deserved beach vacation.
On-Site Maintenance and Housekeeping Services
You can be rest assured that your property will be under our watchful eyes at all times. Our professional maintenance and housekeeping staffs are here to take care of your investment on an everyday basis, as well as during an unexpected emergency.
Having a skilled and professional accounting staff allows you the security and peace of mind that your rental income is in safe hands. Our accounting department will process all guest revenue and vendor expenses and prepare detailed monthly homeowner statements for distribution in a consistent manner each month. As well as paying monthly all State and County sales taxes collected from your guests. All of your end of year tax information will also be processed in an expedient manner for your convenience.
Sophisticated Revenue Management
One of the more recent enhancements to our operation is incorporating a revenue management staff that allows us to stay in tune with the delicate balance of making sure that your unit is occupied while being rented for the highest potential nightly or weekly rate.
Marketing Your Property
Because the success of your unit is the key to the success of our resort we recognize the importance of investing a significant marketing budget to increase the occupancy of your property. Our strategic marketing plan includes a well-rounded blend of internet advertising and internet social media, email campaigns, direct mail and print advertising.

The Vacation Myrtle Beach resort group operates one of the largest destination marketing budgets on the Grand Strand and provides exposure to The Caravelle Resort that would otherwise never be reached on its own.
The VMB Card
All guests and owners of our program are entitled to receive our exclusive Vacation Member Benefits (VMB) Card at check in. The Caravelle Resort has a long history of hosting a wide variety of conferences and large groups. Offering nearly 4,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space, our first class facilities allow us to accommodate groups of many sizes.
