We stayed at the caravelle resort in 2008.  It truly is a great place. We had never been to myrtle beach before, i looked on line for a nice place to stay and found the caravelle resort.  I was nervous because when you've never been somewhere and book on line you really don't know what your going to get when you get there. Let me just say the caravelle did not dissapoint us at all. the suite was just as described, clean and neat, and the buffet breakfast was awesome! If you didn't find something you liked it wasn't their fault because they served everything from cereal to waffles and even a omelet station! Our building was one block from the beach and a couple blocks from the main road so it was very accessible to resturants, shopping and all the myrtle beach activities. the other good thing is you can use all the amenities at the other locations, the kids loved the water play yard so we used that everyday! i just told a friend about it last night at work she's going down in may and i told her all about the caravelle and how pleased we were. anytime anyone talks about myrtle beach i always talk about our wonderful trip down south and the great time we had at the caravelle. we can't wait to be able to visit again and we are so looking forward to it!!!! Thanks caravelle resort for a very memorable trip and hopefully we'll be there soon!!!!!!
