After fighting with Travelocity for almost 2 hours and still not satisfing my request for the mistake they made. All I wanted was a room on the beach,twice they booked me across the street. Well, when we got to the hotel I was telling the young lady at the desk what I went through and she said(just a minute let me see whatI can do) she changed us over to the main hotel on the beach and not knowing where it was going to be,we opened the door to the room and guess what,oceanfront rooms for my self and my sister and husband.Let me tell you this young lady made our vacation, a wonderful experience,Thanks again to Melissa B for making it happen.I recommend her for employee of the month.Here here for Melissa B Thanks again.
