Family Vacations

From when my first son was 3, Myrtle Beach was our "go to" family vacation from Mt. Vernon, New York.  We didn't have much money, so we piled the kids in the car, and made the 12 hour trek down (sometimes with the kids in their pajamas ... we tried everything) and always had the most wonderful time together as a family unit!  Whether we were celebrating good times, or trying to get through some really rough times, and there were many, the kids would always say..."let's go down to Myrtle Beach and just chill together!!" 

So, to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, my husband and I would like to come back to Myrtle Beach with our children and their spouses - again as a family unit - to celebrate God's blessings on us.  I've been very ill for the past 10 years and haven't been able to get there, but since going into remission I really look forward to seeing that beach and the Caravelle as if it were an old friend!
