Family Bonding

As working parents we find ourselves caught up in the every day routine of working and family time seems to get put on the back burner. I was blessed to have my dad to watch the kids for me during the summer so I didn't  have to pay daycare so we wanted to plan a little getaway -i went online and saw the add about the Caravelle resort which seemed like the perfect place for adults and children to have a good time and it was!From the time we got there everyone treated us like we were regulars. My youngest daughter had not been to the beach since she was 3 and couldn't even remember it and she was just amazed. We spent the whole time at the resort from Friday til Sunday enjoying everything the place had to offer. The kids lived in te lazy river and the hot tubs. Our room was perfect our balcony overlooked the whole pool area and i would find myself waking up at 3:00 in the morning being drawn to go out there and watch the waves crash on the shore. It was awesome! My husband and I were able to spend some quality time together relaxing on the balcony while watching the children swimming below in the pool. We had such a great time and can not wait until we can plan our next trip to the Caravelle-but this time i want to stay longer!
