Carrying On a Tradition With Our New Addition

Myrtle Beach will always have a special place in my heart.  It has been our yearly vacation destination since I was 3 years old.  Every summer my brother and I couldn't wait to arrive at The Caravelle Resort to enjoy the lazy river for an entire week...rain or shine!!!  As I grew older The Caravelle Resort continued to be my number one choice.  While in college I continued my summer tradition by making new memories with friends instead of family.  This was quite a different change!  In 2003 my boyfriend of 5 years surprised me with a spring trip to Myrtle Beach & asked for my hand in marriage.  We of course stayed at The Caravelle.   I have not been back to the Strand in quite a while and have not taken a vacation since our honeymoon in 2005.  I am thrilled to say that we will be traveling to MB once again in July.  This time it will be a little bit different and extra special.  We welcomed our first baby boy last July and we will celebrate his one year birthday there.  We can't wait to see the beautiful new renovations but also look forward to the same familiar warm atmosphere at The Caravelle.  I hope to carry on the same family tradition & make new memories with our son Addison. See you in July!!!
