Dear Caravelle:
We've had many happy memories of our stays at the Carvelle Resort over the past several years. We've always been pleased with the customer service that your folks provide and the accomodations are always awesome.
I want to take this opportunity to let you know that one of your employees (Lynn Roschnotti), went the distance to provide quality customer service following our stay in July of this year.
As our vacation was coming to an end, we checked out and headed out of town. It was not until we were a couple hours away that we realized that we had left our cell phone behind in our room's safe.
When we spoke with Ms. Roschnotti that evening, she quickly came to our assistance. Not only did she retrieve our phone, she promptly shipped it back to us and paid for the postage out of her own pocket.
We want to thank the Caravelle and in particular Ms. Roschnotti for quality customer service. It is people like this that bring us back to the Caravelle year after year.
