In my younger years, my parents had stayed at the Caravelle up until they got a place in Cherry Grove. As they got older and couldn't travel as much, they sold their beach place and stayed at the Caravelle on their few beach trips.

I then met someone and our decision was to get married at the beach. And where do you think we ended up...at the Caravelle. We booked rooms for us and our teenage boys and had the weekend memory of our lifetime. We married right on the beach. The boys enjoyed the stay as they had plenty to do with the pool, gameroom, and excercise room. We enjoyed the fact that everything was there, even down to the groceries. What more could we ask for without having to leave the resort.

Well...we booked a weekend getaway just for the 2 of us to celebrate a year together, and the stay there got even better. They now have a spa onsight and we treated ourselves to a couples massage (he'd never had one and loved it).

What more can I say other than thanks Caravelle...for having brought memories to my parents and now to me and my family. Even my boys are asking when are we coming back.
