We have always made Caravelle our favorite resort at Myrtle Beach.  The rooms are wonderful and so is the resort.  A few years ago, leaving my elderly Mother to vacation  things did not work out as planned.   After paying for a week we needed to check out earlier to return home to her.  Caravelle was so understanding.  When I told them the situation they gladly refunded our money for the days we did not use.  What wonderful customer service.  Those are the things that keep you coming back!
