The Johnson family has been staying at the Caravelle since 1974. Since '74 our lives have revolved around sitting on the beach infront of the Caravelle, eating ham "sammies" and Food Lion ice tea. We have been at the Caravelle to celebrate births, deaths, weddings, and family reunions. Our lives have forever been changed by the contimplative laps around the lazy river, hula-hop contests near the grill, and winter swims under the bubble.

We have seen renovations and change but we have always gone back and continue to come back. I have memories from the time I was young, meeting boyfriends at the pool, and Labor Day weekend '08, we will be returning again for my wedding. Even my nephew has gotten his chance to lounge at the pool. Thank you Caravelle!
