My husband and I were married in 1998. While I have three children to a previous marriage, Joe (My husband) has been coming to the Caravelle for many years. It's his most favorite place in the WHOLE WORLD.

We came to Myrtle Beach for our honeymoon. Unfortunately I got sick and was in bed 3 of our 4 days there. We try to come down twice a year. We spend Thanksgiving there with our children and Granddaughter, and then come back again around April (just the two of us). We just love it there. The staff at the Caravelle are wonderful. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else,and if we had to we simply wouldn't come.

One thankgiving, we brought our children, granddaughter and my mother in law. My husband's brother, his wife and a friend of theirs came up from Florida and met us there. We made a lot of memories. In fact, my granddaughter took her very first steps right there at the Caravelle(we will never forget that). My daughter is getting married soon and they are planning to come there for their honeymoon also.

I just wanted to say we love you all and couldn't ask for a better place to come. My children talk about our vacations all the time. What a great place to spend quality time with your family,making wonderful memories.

Our last vacation was Dec. 27, 2007. We arrived on Dec. 27 and my husband got VERY sick. I took him to Grand Strand Hospital where he was admitted and stayed in the hospital for our entire vacation. I felt AWFUL!!! He was looking forward to this and couldn't wait to be there. He didn't even get to walk on the beach. But we will never forget how concerned the staff at the Caravelle were. Every time I came back from visiting him at the hospital, someone was waiting to find out how he was. It was comforting knowing you all cared. Even though our vacation didn't turn out as planned we will never forget how we were treated. You are all great, and we love everything thats been done to the Caravelle. It's beautiful!!! Thanks again for all the wonderful memories. We look forward to when we can come down again.
