Travinia, Home of Contemporary American Italian Cuisine
For some of the best wines, house cocktails, martinis, soup & salad, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and many other house favorites, visit Travinia Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar located at 4011 Deville Street in the Market Common, a short drive south of The Caravelle Resort. They have drink specials all week long, but the weekends are even more fun with live music! From 7-10pm on Fridays, it’s “All About Jazz” night with Dan O Reilly and U.N.I. And from 6:30-9:30pm on Saturdays, enjoy the live music of soul acoustic guitarist Travis Proctor.
Hungry?? There are many salads to choose from, including the fresh Tuscan Chopped Salad and the sumptuous Roasted Chicken and Tortellini, plus you have the option to add anything you want to them (like shrimp, scallops, or tuna, for example). Among the great sandwiches at Travinia are the Turkey BLT Panini with sliced turkey and Applewood smoked bacon, and the Niman Ranch Bistecca Burger (it’s a very special Niman Ranch ground sirloin with gruyere cheese, lettuce & tomato with roasted tomato mayo, and caramelized onions…Mmmm!)
The pastas and house favorites at Travinia are also popular with Myrtle Beach locals and visitors alike. They have a Lobster Ravioli under their pasta list that’s to die for if you want something a little different. But, if your taste buds crave the basic Italian cuisine, there’s always the Spaghetti Bolognese with tasty Italian sausage and/or hearty meatballs. There are also basics under the house favorites (like their wonderful Eggplant Parmesan served over herbed linguine), but if you want to explore Travinia’s unique specialties, the Pollo Isabella is a distinct combination of grilled chicken with sundried tomatoes, basil, and goat cheese on top, all served over baby spinach.
As a guest at The Caravelle Resort, you’ll get 15% off your check when you flash your VMB Card. Travinia Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar has served incomparable contemporary Italian Cuisine since 2002. Visit their location in the Market Common on your trip to the Grand Strand for an unforgettable lunch or dinner in Myrtle Beach.
