The Sweethearts Menu at Croissant’s Bakery
Spend part of your Valentine’s weekend at the award winning Croissant’s Bistro & Bakery, located at 3751 Grissom Parkway here in Myrtle Beach. You and your companion can enjoy their wonderful Sweethearts Menu that’s being prepared from February 14 – 16, 2013.
There will be three delectable courses served for you and your significant other on the most romantic holiday of the year. Course one has a choice of Shrimp and Beet Salad, Coquille St. Jaques Heart, or Herb House-Made Ricotta Ravioli. The second course has an option of Mesculin Mixed Greens, Roasted Beets, Walnut Vinaigrette, and Goat Cheese Fondue. You can also choose between the Oysters Benton Soup or the Sweet Potato Bisque.
The third course has mouthwatering dishes to choose from. First, there’s the Pan-Roasted Duck with Sea Island Peas and Carolina Gold Rice “Hoppin’ John” and a side of Spinach with a Bourban Pecan Sauce. Or, you may choose the Seared Grouper with Truffle Potatoes, Asparagus, and Roasted Cauliflower with Roasted Caper Buerre Blanc. If neither of these dishes appeals to you, enjoy the Steak “Diane” Beef Filet with Silky Potatoes, Mushrooms, and Spinach with a nice Brandy Sauce.
And what’s a Valentine’s Day dinner without a little something sweet to cap it off? They will have two greatly detailed desserts to choose from: the Raspberry Mousse Bomb on an Almond Dacquiose with a Marscapone Cream & Fresh Rasberries, or the holiday popular Heart-Shaped Chocolate Napoleon layered with Pink Peppermint Ice Cream and Chocolate Ganache.
