Fun Activities for the Whole Family at the Caravelle!
You and the kids will have lots to do while you’re a guest at the Caravelle Resort. There are summer activities every day, so you won’t even have time to get bored!
For example, the girls can visit the hair braiding station located on the main pool deck. All day long, they can get full braids for just $4, half braids for $3, or a colorful hair wrap for $2.
If you like building sandcastles, there’s a competition for just that on Saturdays and Sundays (here’s a little tip for you…go to some of the beachwear stores and get some sand-shaping buckets to build a marvelous one – just don’t do it too close to the water!).
There are also activities for you athletic guests as well. Remember playing kickball in school? Have you ever played it on the sand? The Caravelle is right on the ocean as you know, and this well-loved game is played on Mondays at 2:30pm and on Wednesdays at 2:00pm. There’s also beach soccer at Noon on Wednesdays and at 12:30 pm on Fridays. You don’t have to kick like Lionel Messi or Mia Hamm to play, just have the same will to win!
And you know we couldn’t forget about the pool games! There’s everything from Marco Polo to Kiddie Pool Bucket games, and if you have a suggestion, just announce it. Who knows, you’re idea may turn into a competition!
Don’t worry parents…we haven’t forgot about you! There’s a Parents Night Out on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm along with great live entertainment on the lawn from the one and only Steve Calfee. Live entertainer Rick Phillips will be out there on Fridays at the same time, 6:00pm-9:00pm.
Enjoy these and the many other great activities here at The Caravelle this summer 2013!
