Delicious Thanksgiving at The Caravelle Resort
The holidays are upon us here at The Caravelle as we begin preparing our Annual Thanksgiving Buffet. We prepare the traditional Thanksgiving Feast - Roast Turkey, Stuffing and Giblet Gravy, Wild Rice, Candied Yams, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, our home made Macaroni and Cheese, and of course, a Thanksgiving favorite, the All American Green Bean Casserole.
Our chefs will also be preparing waffles and omelets to order. Our soup will be a hearty Seafood Chowder, and we will have many salads to choose from, including the traditional Tossed Salad, our German Cucumber Salad, and Herbed Tomato Salad. Elegant Glazed Fruit Kabobs, an assorted Cheese Tray, and everyone’s favorite - deviled eggs – will also tantalize your taste buds.
Along with our Smoked Salmon Tray, we will be serving Flounder Oscar Bundles and Peel and Eat Shrimp. Best of all, you won’t want to miss the Carving Stations of Roast Beef a Jus, Juicy Pork Roast with Sweet Apples, and En Curt Chicken Caprice with Basil Cream Sauce, an Italian favorite. And to finish off your meal, our chef will be offering a wide variety of desserts.
Join us as we celebrate on Thursday, November 28th from 11:00 a.m. until 2:30p.m. The adult buffet price is $23.95, children are $13.95, and senior citizens are $17.95. Children under 3 are free.
